Dan Cassidy’s customer service at the Fox Run, Bear, DE location is outstanding! During the past couple years Dan has gone over and above to assist my elderly mother with her hearing. Dan recently fitted mom with her second hearing aid. Dan is a true professional. Stop by and see him…you won’t be disappointed! And, Elena in the front office is great and easy to work with!
I have been a ME customer now for over 3 years. My experience in the Cheswold unit was awful, then I went to Elton, the people their made an effort to help, no success, then to Bear, same situation, problem not solved. PROBLEM: aids won’t stay in my ears. #2: they keep going in and out. #3phone app does not work. I think this is rediculous after paying thousands of dollars for hearing aids. I would like to say that l will no longer seek help from Miracle Ear. It has been a disgusting, frustrating, stressful experience.
