Almost exactly a year ago, I bought hearing aids from Ampifon in Geraldton. They have been wonderful and have significantly improved my quality of life, and I've been grateful for how well they've performed. However, I have had some issues with them just in the last couple of weeks. Geraldton Team were very friendly & helpful. They went beyond with their customer service
The consultant was lovely and very professional. Unfortunately I can’t wear my hearing aids they have metal which I’m allergic to. So the consultant put sticky tape around them to try help but it has not worked. The consultant said there is nothing that can be done. I a paying thousands of $ for something I can’t use. I’m a pensioner now so I can’t afford this.
Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Amplifon and got in right away. The front desk staff and audiologist were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend the place!!!!
