I had an appointment for 2pm 9/6/26 the day before I got a call to check if I would attend, I said yes I would, so today I travelled 65km to Amplifon, Geraldton, when I arrived there was another person waiting, after waiting a while he left, after waiting half an hour with no acknowledgement, I left also, never ever to return. Absolutely terrible service. Do you think I have nothing better to do with my time? Not to mention the travel time and expense. I would have left a zero star rating if I could have.
Almost exactly a year ago, I bought hearing aids from Ampifon in Geraldton. They have been wonderful and have significantly improved my quality of life, and I've been grateful for how well they've performed. However, I have had some issues with them just in the last couple of weeks. Geraldton Team were very friendly & helpful. They went beyond with their customer service
The consultant was lovely and very professional. Unfortunately I can’t wear my hearing aids they have metal which I’m allergic to. So the consultant put sticky tape around them to try help but it has not worked. The consultant said there is nothing that can be done. I a paying thousands of $ for something I can’t use. I’m a pensioner now so I can’t afford this.
