Fantastic service with friendly staff. They are very accommodating, with a wide range of options.
Young girls in reception very rude and not accommodating. There only for the wage not customer service. Disgusting place. Been going there over 5 years but never again
Very disappointed with the service. First I as assured a comprehensive hearing test - this was basic and the audiologist was inexperienced. Second other than their own brand of hearing aids nothing to show compare not even a flyer. Third the audiologist allowed me to try the only brand on offer then recommended a cheep alternative to my insurance company which was neither discussed or shown.
