Thank you very much to Josh for the quality service provided yesterday to my mother, Maria. Josh is a great listener and explains various solutions available clearly. Maria's hearing aids were adjusted and are working heaps better now. And thank you also to Katrina for for your assistance yesterday.
Do your research, prices a very high here. Almost double the price compared to other places, for the exact same product.

Cannot praise the team at Amplifon Fairfield highly enough. Mum's specialist Dayan is so marvellous, patient and meticulous. The front of house team are the most friendly imaginable. I only know the name of Kat but she and all her colleagues make every visit a lovely experience. They arre the most customer service focused team I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
