6 stars Shel is simply outstanding. From the very first appointment, he made Mum and Dad feel comfortable, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Walked in and I was greeted by the delightful friendly Jodie, what a pleasant experience after my struggle to get some shopping done she totally lifted my spirits! Jodie did my initial check then made an appointment for me to see the audiologist.
