We had a disappointing experience at Amplifon Dee Why with Nicole. My mother had A 1:30 appointment, but the door was locked and a sign said"1:00-2:00pm Lunch Time",which was confusing. We waited outside in hot temp, called twice with no answer, and there was no doorbell. When I knocked at 1:30, a staff(Nicole) responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. Due to this behaviour, we felt uncomfortable proceeding with the appointment. Poor communication and customer service.
