I am very disappointed in the service. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that the person called in sick so the appointment is cancelled. My father is 85 years and had to wake up early for this appointment. Their attitude was unprefessonial. They called me back after cancelling the appointment to confirm the appoimtment.
I got an appointment on the same day and they were so nice, friendly. The specialist sat down and listened patiently. Thank you for the kind treatment.
