Great clinic. Karl, at the Guildford office, was very helpful with information regarding my tinnitus as well as informing me of how hearing loss happens and progresses. Friendly staff at the front desk. Nice, quiet, no pressure office. I felt very comfortable and my inquiries were clearly heard, analyzed and explained. Thank you Karl!

We popped into here today while we were here for Rememberence Day and a funeral service from Kamloops. My dad's hearing aid needed new pads as one side wasn't working and we were having problems with communication. They got us new pads and gave us the rest of the box entirely free while we were prepared to pay. I missed the lovely agents name but it was a Godsend and an incredibly pleasant experience. Thank you again so very much.
