These women take very good service. They make sure that their customers are well taken care of. I suggest to everyone I know who need hearing aids that they very good care of their customers.
First of all.. when you call, it doesnt ring. It goes straight to an answering machine where you're forced to leave a message. Secondly.. THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALLS! Why even bother having a phone if you domt plan on answering it or calling people back? Of i could leave zero stars i would!
Got some custom made earplugs here for sleep. Customer service was great from reception to the lady who helped create the mold for the earplugs. Very fair prices & my earplugs were ready to pickup within the next week which was awesome! Highly recommend, I use my new earplugs every night and they have made such a positive difference in my sleep quality as my partner snores and this cut out the noise by 90+% 5 stars all around. Thanks again.
