Excellent service!
Disappointed regarding appointments bookings made at Oshawa clinic hearing test. My 3yo got her first apt canceled in the morning of the appointment day. Then we booked another one. We showed up to tell us that it's a wrong booking date. Very unprofessional and waisting peaple's time. I canceled everything and will search for another service provider. I sent them a message regarding this matter and hopefully that message will reach the right person who can make some improvements.
Amazing and caring staff. I use to go to (I'd love to name the place but I won't be that guy. )lol. But at amplifon I've never had a better and more cost efficient experience. Thank you so much Drew you and the rest of the staff there are awesome.
