Had short notice appointment with Shannon Jager re my failed hearing aids. She demonstrated excellent product knowledge, excellent explanation/customer interface, and sent me off with loaner units. My rating: a solid 10/10.

So impressed with this clinic!!! I was visiting from out of town…from the minute the phone was answered, Joyce was so friendly and helpful and told me to come to the clinic for help. A quick diagnostic by Sara Henderson and it was determined that my device was not functioning!! They worked for two and half hours to provide me a loaner hearing aid, return my defected unit to the supplier and coordinate with the Haliburton (Ontario) office to relay all the information for my next appointment!! Celine is by far the best hearing care provider I have ever dealt with. Her attention to detail, her kindness and her professionalism is what makes her a great provider. I highly recommend her services.
I was very impressed with the service given by Caroline Elise. Also the gal at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Came away feeling uplifted and called back to make appointment for spouse.
