The guy behind 1800 number is terrible. We got a message from Amolifon directly, saying the appointment is with Bupa Westfield store and asked us to call back to confirm the appointment. But the guy says Bupa Westfield is not an option and keeps asking to book a new appointment at Burwood plaza Amplifon store.His attitude is not only unhelpful, but also rude even when it is clearly a mistake on Amplifon side.
