Appalling customer service. I called on Friday 9/5 to make an appointment for my 7 year old daughter. It was confirmed to me that they would be able to test her hearing and that it would be free. On the day of the appointment, 15 minutes before the appointment time, I was called and told that there would be a cost for the test and that they couldn’t even test my daughters hearing despite being told 3 days before that they could. The staff at Brighton, Church Street, Victoria has been exemplary in their service. Today I visited the Church Street branch. Audiologist Harry quickly reset my Amplifon app and my hearing aid has never been better. Thank you Harry. Regards Karl
Ashley at Brighton Amplifon was so supported, a great communicator and very informative and helpful. Ashley helped me through a difficult time understanding what caused my hearing loss in my right ear and also helped advise me on what hearing aid choices and adaptations were available.
Wonderful staff here. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with a warm smile from the lovely Receptionist followed by a meeting with Ashley Lin, Audilogist, is so helpful, honest and thorough and goes way and beyond to assist you with your hearing loss. I recommend Brighton Amplifon very highly. You will be looked after and glad that you entrusted them with your hearing problems.
Very satisfied & great service. My elderly mother is very happy with her new hearing aid. Ashley was kind & patient throughout the process to find & fit the right device for her. Highly recommend!
