From the moment you walk in, was welcomed with a warm smile from the lovely Receptionist. Had an appointment with, Jemma Sullivan, Audiologist, she was very helpful, friendly, and so easy to communicate. This was my first visit at Brighton Centre and will continue with any further requirements. Highly recommend.

Appalling customer service. I called on Friday 9/5 to make an appointment for my 7 year old daughter. It was confirmed to me that they would be able to test her hearing and that it would be free. On the day of the appointment, 15 minutes before the appointment time, I was called and told that there would be a cost for the test and that they couldn’t even test my daughters hearing despite being told 3 days before that they could. The staff at Brighton, Church Street, Victoria has been exemplary in their service. Today I visited the Church Street branch. Audiologist Harry quickly reset my Amplifon app and my hearing aid has never been better. Thank you Harry. Regards Karl
Ashley at Brighton Amplifon was so supported, a great communicator and very informative and helpful. Ashley helped me through a difficult time understanding what caused my hearing loss in my right ear and also helped advise me on what hearing aid choices and adaptations were available.
