Quality service is defined by exceeding customers needs and expectations. I can honestly say I recieved quality sevice. Communication, explaining process regarding use of hearing aids made easy and simple to understand. Many thanks to the team at Bankstown. They really do care. Both the receptionist (male) and audiologist (female) provided friendly informative service, and were able to meet my hearing difficulty needs. The hearing aids were not cheap, (by any stretch of the imagination), but you get what you pay for. Five years full warranty is ideal and the payment plan was excellent.
