Both the receptionist (male) and audiologist (female) provided friendly informative service, and were able to meet my hearing difficulty needs. The hearing aids were not cheap, (by any stretch of the imagination), but you get what you pay for. Five years full warranty is ideal and the payment plan was excellent.
I had a great experience at this place as the staffs there are so friendly and very helpful. They spent time to explain all my queries clearly.
Excellent service. The Audiologist Mariam is absolutely amazing. Love her! She’s so wonderful, I transferred my patient file from Auburn to Bankstown just to see her. And Effie at reception is wonderful too!
