I went in for a hearing test and was recommended some ear protection for work. I can not fault the service I received at the clinic. Very helpful.
I am disgusted by the tactics this company uses! I made an appt for a ‘free’ hearing test and no surprise they said I needed a hearing aid for my left ear!. The prices of the hearing aids they sold were very high and my private health insurance didn’t participate, so I wanted to wait and mull it over…. They immediately bombarded me with the offer for a -‘free trial’ of said hearing aid which I firmly declined. Oh, it didn’t stop: phone calls after hours! On weekends! E-mails, letters to my mailbox! They keep cold calling me and asking me to make an appointment. When I say no, they promptly hang up. No niceties, no thankyou, nothing but rudeness. Employ professionals people! 😡
