After so many calls to come in to the Werribee store for a hearing test was told that I will be receiving $40 voucher as a thank you.. After several phone calls and speaking to 4 different people apparently some of the staff don't know anything about it.. It a total scam ... Will be reporting to the department as a result of them claiming around $1000 from the scene.
Don’t recommend. Charged me a ridiculous amount for a 5 min appointment told I would get a rebate from Medicare and I didn’t.
They don’t respect appointment
I have had several minor issues with my latest hearing aids. Staff at AMPLIFON have always been extremely helpful and eager to resolve the problem.
I always find the staff helpful anytime I go in for my checkup or to get supplies to keep my hearing aids in good order
