Robert was terrific! Very thorough with my hearing evaluation, explained what I needed, reviewed insurance information and array of devices. The aids I selected arrived as promised, an appointment was made to pick them up and was shown how to operate them effectively. I love them! Robert was very patient and demonstrated his expertise with the equipment.
