After many years our radio and backup camera had a problem. Since Travis was the person that install my radio in my Jeep I contacted him to fix my radio. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the first install he took the time to fix my radios problem. The shop has everything you need for your vehicles or boats. Thanks Travis it is a pleasure dealing with you.
Tried to tune my subs my self and messed it up so I Asked this guy to tune my system as he would any other, He told me everything sounded fine then wasted 30 minutes “checking it out” and continued to charge me 35 bucks after not even attempting to tune it.
Come's off as a very nice guy but very poor customer service and practically blew me off. Found my car's audio system too complicated and told me it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. Gave me a very confusing explanation almost as he was inventing as he spoke of an explanation that didn't make sense. I would highly recommend bypassing this place. Look for a place that takes every customer no matter what the problem is as a customer that needs help and support.
Travis helped me out with a return/ replacement from another company in Michigan. He did not have to help, but he did and it is greatly appreciated! Highly Recommend him and his services. Thank you!!
Travis had me all set up to what my goal was for My Smart fortwo and the outcome was great sound!!! Have already referred.
