I've had a storage unit with Ample Storage since 2020. It has always been a pleasant experience. Never had any issues and if I had a question, I just called the local office and got a good answer. I recently added another storage unit there and they managed to get me in the same hallway area so I can visit both units with ease. It is a nice storage facility, and I have always received excellent customer service from Misty.
I have inquired online many times , I do not think they know they have a web page. I have even called and nothing. piss poor communication means bad management.
The lady that is in the office is wonderful. You have a question or concern. She will take care of it for you. I don't have much experience with storage facilities, but I would highly recommend dealing with her and the facility.
