I thought this was a nice cleaned place, and tight security, but that wasn’t true my storage unit was broken into about 7 day’s ago ,but I’m still puzzled as how someone can get into a locked gated storage unit and the lock were provided by ample storage, with 2 keys and, I did received both keys. people are so cured.Everything is still under investigation right now, A police report has by filed right now I’m waiting on footage of the camera to see who’s the real thieves. I just want to say Cedric and Jewel have been very helpful and polite. I love the professionalism of them. They are passionate and understanding of the customers. I give them and the establishment A+. I have never experienced nothing but friendliness, patience, politeness and help. Too the owners give the entire staff a raise. They truly deserve it!
My experience at Ample Storage was wonderful! The units were clean (new) and very accessible. The grounds were super clean and well lit. But what sets this Ample apart from other storage facilities is the staff. The Manager, Donna is excellent! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Jewel is also super helpful too! I have rented storage units before, and storage is storage but, Its the people that work there who make the difference. I highly recommend Ample in Petersburg! Ask for Donna!
