Just rented a unit yesterday. Great experience so far! Sam & Kerrie were super nice, very warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful in answering all questions. My unit and the hallways leading to it were extremely clean. UPDATE 4/3/25 - I used this unit for two years and I have absolutely no complaints! The specific unit and the entire surrounding area stayed clean and the temperature was well controlled the entire time. I never had any trouble with the gate and whenever I called the office they were always very helpful.
