Last year I had to get a storage after losing my parents and my home. I ended up losing my storage unfortunately but my issue is whoever they sold my property to is using my information that they got from the storage to try to open account in my name and my business name. I called them and they didn’t even care. They sold a 75000+ storage for a 1000$ bill because ALL Employees split the profits on the sale. They scamming for real
I was told this place was $35 as discount price when I brought my items. I wanted a smaller storage and was told the storage I got is cheaper at $60 after the $35 discount they claimed. came back to renew for the next month and was charged a whopping $110 . The receptionist never mentioned this amount and I was surprised that it was so costly. Also, she said I have to tell her 10 days ahead when taking my items when I paid for 30 days.
