I had a great experience at this location. I called to find out if they had a unit available, Antoinette answered the phone, she is very helpful. She already had the unit door open when I showed up. I will rent a unit from this location again.

Please avoid using this “climate control” storage at all costs. My husband and I experienced mold damage to our furniture and mattresses. My husband, Mr. Gonzalez, spoke with Pam, who advised him to contact the insurance company to file a claim, assuring him they should cover the damage. She also mentioned that the vents in the unit were directed towards the door, which caused moisture buildup and mold, citing a ventilation issue.
