Rented the unit on Sat, office staff was there to open the gate. We came back on Sunday with a trailer of furniture and hired movers but the code wouldn't work to open the gate. Office was closed. Tried calling the number but no one answered. Several hundred dollars wasted.

Amazing top notch customer service! Impressive from the start! When I started my search for a storage facility affordability safety and convenience where top on my list. My initial call was friendly and proffesional, Antoinette was charming, helpful and accomodating. I specifically inquired about a spot with easy access to loading and unloading and she helped to find me a great spot.
