Im glad to hear that.. because the asheville (west asheville.. deaverview rd.) facility has piss poor management.. and the corporate policies of the new management for this company are horrible. They treat their clients (especially bands) very badly and steal from people..dont own up to property damage that is their negligent fault, etc. They are downright greedy, mean, and unaccommodating.
Have had a portion of stuff stored their now for 6 months. They have excellent people working there and a very secure efficient system for guarding the storage compound. Have had two other friends use them and they feel the same too. Definitely Recommend.
