Great place if you want to be treated by the most rude and arrogant manager. They love to overcharge and blame it on the computer. Would not store my junk at this place!
I HAVE A UNIT FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT. THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GREAT!
Better places to rent in Greenville than this location. Made a mistake renting here. Code never works to get in to get access to my stuff. Have confirmed several times that our code is correct but no explanation as to why it does not work. Have to go inside to get new code. If after hours, forget about it. Many times they are closed even during hours stated on door and on this website. Will be moving soon.
I find the staff to be extremely pleasant and a joy to interact with. I feel like I m treated almost as a friend or member of their family. I ve never had any problems with billing or payments and if you need to be a few days late, they re always understanding and accommodating. Can t see how anyone had a bad experience here...I love it!!!Ken
I have had a storage with this location for over 5 years. Everything was fine and ok until recently. Management has been super friendly. But now I suddenly have a enormous visit of rodents. I have complained to management. He has put out more bait traps but I still have a problem with rodent destruction in my unit. I am preparing to move to a new location asap.Sorry Gene! What the customer with the Rodent issue fails to tell you is that he ran a vending machine business and stored cookies and candies (food) in his unit. You can not store food in an outside storage unit and not expect a visit from a hungry critter.-Manager
The new manager seems to be incompetent. The old one was better. I asked for my receipt to be mailed and this is the first time in 20 years that I had to ask repeatedly and I still dont have it. I also think my leaf blower is missing since the takeover by this company and the remodel.
Everyone there always has been very pleasant and helpful to me. I am a total klutz at learning how to use the gate punch-in system, and find my way around. But staff patiently and kindly showed me (several times!) the ropes. My belongings have been safely stowed there for years now.
I have had a storage unit with this Ample location for several years now. During that time, there have been three on site managers and each one has been super friendly, very accommodating, and kept the grounds exceptionally clean. I love that I can call and pay my bill over the phone and receive email bills and email receipts. Really great group of people at this location!
