Great place if you want to be treated by the most rude and arrogant manager. They love to overcharge and blame it on the computer. Would not store my junk at this place!
I HAVE A UNIT FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT. THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GREAT!
Better places to rent in Greenville than this location. Made a mistake renting here. Code never works to get in to get access to my stuff. Have confirmed several times that our code is correct but no explanation as to why it does not work. Have to go inside to get new code. If after hours, forget about it. Many times they are closed even during hours stated on door and on this website. Will be moving soon.
I find the staff to be extremely pleasant and a joy to interact with. I feel like I m treated almost as a friend or member of their family. I ve never had any problems with billing or payments and if you need to be a few days late, they re always understanding and accommodating. Can t see how anyone had a bad experience here...I love it!!!Ken
The new manager seems to be incompetent. The old one was better. I asked for my receipt to be mailed and this is the first time in 20 years that I had to ask repeatedly and I still dont have it. I also think my leaf blower is missing since the takeover by this company and the remodel.
Everyone there always has been very pleasant and helpful to me. I am a total klutz at learning how to use the gate punch-in system, and find my way around. But staff patiently and kindly showed me (several times!) the ropes. My belongings have been safely stowed there for years now.
