At checking in for appointment, They will do anything to not honor your Groupon , Customer service is lousy. Stay away!
Awful costumer service
You really can't beat $40 for a 1 hour massage. Not to mention they are much better then massage envy. Sure, you don't get the fancy ambience and the best phone etiquette but the massage is great. Hot lava stones, towels and a FULL body massage. Don't be modest after you lay down because they could care less lol. I will be back for sure.
I bought a Groupon Voucher for my mother in law, and they wouldn’t honor it! Nancy kept saying it was only for a foot and leg massage, When I was explaining to Nancy (I believe that is her name) that the voucher did include a back massage she left me talking to myself and gave my mother in law the phone back, and I wasn’t speaking to her in a rude way, I was calmly talking to her! My Masseuse had very strong hands and did a great job! The hot stones are a must and really help with pain, the best massage I’ve had in a while. I’ll be going back again.
RecommendedGood service would definitely go back and they give you the same price that Groupon has
