I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The wait times are extremely long, even when arriving 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. It feels there little regard for the patients time and communication or update about the long delay. If appointments are consistently running behind schedule, they should improve its scheduling. I can’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Literally useless I went to get checked twice and they said I was negative and that my medication wouldn’t cause side effects so I went to the ER after feeling worse and they told me the complete opposite from what they said here

Today I visited Ampla Health Urgent Care in Yuba City because I was feeling sick and my regular doctor was unavailable. From the moment I arrived, I had an exceptional experience. The nurse, Veronica, was outstanding. She greeted me with a warm smile, listened carefully to my concerns, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I am currently attempting to manage acute physical and mental health issues through my primary care provider and urgent care to avoid an unnecessary ER visit. Unfortunately, the accessibility here has made that extremely difficult. Ampla has me scheduled 60 days out just to see a PCP. While the staff has been diligent about checking the waitlist and cancellations, a two-month wait for established care is a major hurdle when dealing with urgent needs. I recently visited the Ampla Health Express Care and wanted to share my experience. I felt uncomfortable during my visit. When I arrived, the nurse who called me in, whose name I believe is Valerie or Valeria called out “Nellie” which made me assume she was calling for me since my name is Nayeli which i repeated to her as i walked up to the door She took my vitals and asked for my birthday but did not mention any mix-up.
