Nurse Sam and Dr. Milliron is awesome!
South Chico Ampla is a wonderful place. My fiancee and I see the same Primary Care Doctor, Alyssa Milliron. Though she can run a bit behind schedule, she takes time to listen to her patients, ask them questions and make sure they are on the right track physically. Any resources she has in terms of a specific condition or a needed referral is either provided or looked into. I am very thankful for the care, and the staff who provide it. They're like family to me after nearly 3 years. Keep up the good work, y'all!
If I could give this place 100 ’s I would. From the moment you walk the facility is clean. The front desk staff is the nicest you will ever meet. They make sure to welcome you each time you come in. Making you feel like family. My husband and I see the chiropractor twice a month and it’s the most positive experience. I’ve been able to gain so much mobility thanks to the expertise of Dr. Raja. Not interested in patient care nor efficiency. Also, didn’t bother to inform patient that their care provider moved to a different location while on the phone prior to the appointment. Instead wait until patient arrives at the original location to inform that their provider is at a different location nearly 10 miles away. Well done!
During my appointment you can always tell when someone is being sincere and when they’re going through the motions just to get to the end of there day. Sam is one whose sincerity shines like a light in the dark. She always greets you with a warm smile and good positive vibes. Keep up the good work Sam. It is so needed in these times!!!
