Horribly disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Medical personnel display little interest or knowledge and barely even examine you, let alone listen to you speak. Always a humiliating experience.

Worst and rudest staff I have ever encountered. Constantly being hung up on After 40 minute hold times. 3 and a half week wait for an appointment that is life threatening. And no help from staff when trying to expedite a sooner appointment. Just dead air then being hung up on. Worst hospital ever!

Worst place ever!!! The Waiting was the worst.. Do your self a favor don't even bother going here. They need to take over an hour to call your insurance and register you. Really!!! And even if you have an appointment! Guest what you still wait!!!

Disrespectful staff at both their pediatric office and their main medical office. Twice I took my newborn in (one for a normal physical and once for a cough) both times I arrived 10 min. early just to wait in the waiting room for an additional 30 min. and then be told I had another 20 min. wait because I came at the wrong appointment time (when I absolutely 100% did not come at the wrong appointment time). If I could give less then 1 star I would this is by far the worst dentist office I have ever had the displeasure of sitting in. I was there this morning at 9am for a 10am appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and short with me i filled out my paperwork,all the receptionist talked about stupid things like trips to Reno and buying cameras instead of helping people with question and whenever someone asked about the wait they wer told "we are booked and will call when its your turn" i even talked to 2 other patients wh... read more

Extremely disrespectful to patients!!!!! I was seen by one of the PA's and she was so disrespectful. She barely listened to anything i was explaining about my condition, i had been sick almost a week. She kept talking over everything i said. Not only that, but after she told me to take regular off the shelf medication, she started to walk out of the room while i was talking to her about my condition.
