Very quick and efficient. Knowledgeable staff and very knowledgeable and thorough doctor.

The staff is very friendly and the Doctor was very kind and listened to me as well as explained things clearly. I would say the only thing that could be improved was the wait time for my appointment.
I, along with my family and friends, have had multiple experiences at Ampla Clinic, and I’m very disappointed. While they portray themselves as a nonprofit serving underserved communities, many of the providers fall short in quality of care. The only exceptions are the front desk staff, their manager Dr. Otten, and the Cal AIM team. The front desk is friendly, responsive, and efficient.
