Mary Ann is a wonderful doctor, very kind, caring, and understanding. It's nice having a doctor that actually listens to what I have to say and doesn't judge. The nurse, Sara made extra sure I had all my appointments which was a task but she didnt seem to mind. She always has a smile on her face which makes for a great environment in the office. Thank guys!
Raj and Britania are an awesome team. I have been really pleased with their care, professionalism and competence.

It is important to have a clinic in a small community like Magalia and I understand healthcare providers are under a lot of stress. I do think that this clinic is trying to make improvements and I hope that they are able to do so. However, I can unfortunately confirm other reviews indicating that this clinic is disorganized. I like the doctor here a lot, so much that I am willing to make the long drive to see her but my follow-up appointments are booked and then I am not given any reminder calls or texts etc and the appointments are not logged in the online portal...they do not give me a reminder card in person either, so I have missed a couple appointments due to this.
