Dr. Frank Croal would not even prescribe basic cold medicine. Judgemental and outdated on his medical knowledge. Time to retire. Only go here if you want to be treated like a drug addict or doctor shopper.
They spelled my name wrong on 5 -- yes, 5 -- sheets of paper, even though my ID was right there in front of them. I went here for a blood panel and they only did half of the tests. I didn't find out until I later saw my specialist for the results and he alerted me to this. When I told the clinic about it? They said to come back in and get the rest done. Worst medical care i have ever received in my life they wouldn't even make follow up appointments for giving me lab results or x ray results i highly advise against going here.
BEWARE OF AMPLA DENTAL! My daughter had 3 cavities underneath the fillings that AMPLA performed. She ended up with an abscess and an infection that spread into her eye. As a result of their negligent "care" she had to have 2 of her teeth extracted. All of her sealants need to be redone because they are chipped, have come off or have holes in them. I was given local anesthesia for a filling that caused blurred vision for 30 minutes. DO NOT GET DENTAL CARE FROM THESE DENTISTS!
I absolutely love these guys, great staff, great dentists, I enjoy coming to the dentist because of these people right here. Thank you for always taking care of me.
They were really slow. I got there at 9:15 and by 10:15 i still hadn't been seen. If you make an appt at a certain time I don't expect to be seen more than an hour later especially when I had to be at work by 12.
They are suppose to be open on there posted hours but 30 minets till close they will not answer the phone so you can ask a simple quick question. I had enough time after calling them to drive there and park in front on the building 7 minets before close and the doors are locked, at this point I could see the two office people there and I called again and they just sit there and will not answer the phone. I would not recommend wasting your time with ampla health in yuba city, California.

Horribly disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Medical personnel display little interest or knowledge and barely even examine you, let alone listen to you speak. Always a humiliating experience.
