Dr. Amer at Ampla Dental is a fantastic dentist! He has a light touch and he is very sympathetic. I used to dread going to the dentist, but he made the process fast and I had no discomfort during my 2 filling replacements. I highly recommend him and his assistant Melissa!
20 minute check in, scheduled the wrong appointment with a provider that doesn’t work on the day they scheduled me, and broke my tooth further with the xray machine- they did not offer pain relief or alternatives. Was told to switch to a liquid diet and take tylenol for the broken tooth and exposed nerve when I asked the provider what I am supposed to do because I cannot eat, drink, sleep, or brush my teeth due to severe pain.
Keely at the front desk was very helpful towards me and my family. She was very nice and she used no negligence towards us.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ampla Health specifically at this location. My appointment was rescheduled twice — the first time without any notice. I showed up only to be told the doctor had decided to do a half day. The second time, despite knowing I’m pregnant, they had me sit in the waiting room, call me back, and THEN inform me that I needed clearance from my OB. That information could have easily been communicated ahead of time, which would have saved me an unnecessary trip and wasted time. What’s w... read more
