Nate was very friendly and informative. We sampled delicious varieties that they suggested and loved their recipes. Reasonably priced for great quality vinegars and olive oils. So excited to come back and try more.
Nate and staff at the Laffayette location are the best! If have not attended a 101 class yet, you gotta do it! You can even bring your own bottle of wine to the class. Cooking with FRESH flavor infused oil has changed everything we do.
Once you taste The Real Deal, you can never go back. Hats off to Nate and staff for making such exquisite taste sensations available to us, and at such reasonable price. Only Amphora for this household moving forward...
