After I reported a problem with an inhaler, Danna and the customer service team responded promptly, contacted my pharmacy directly, and arranged for a replacement. Juanita was no help whatsoever helping me replace a faulty inhaler. Extremely disappointing and will not be purchasing this brand anymore.
