The lady who "waited" on me turned me away when I said I wanted it engraved and needed it next weekend. I had to tell her that they ordered this designer online and that the website said they could have it delivered in five days. She deliberated with someone behind the door behind the counter only to come back and tell me that wouldn't be possible. Ordered it online and I'll see it next weekend! Guess you lost a sale! But I saved you some work!
I think customer service is of the utmost importance to them...
I received 2 items from their shop as a wedding gift. After 11 months of having the Woodberry Pitcher and less than 5 uses and always hand washing/following the directions- the handle cracked. Customer service tells me they won't replace it because the item was bought 6 months before my wedding. How is this my fault? Poor, poor quality and very disappointing customer service given the price point.This item costs $150!!!! This wasn't an every day item that I was regularly using, this is ridiculous. I think they are a very unique and special effects shop. I enjoyed going into the store on several occasions and found new and exciting things, always different in context. Thank you for your good taste in merchandise.
