We couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to check in at each stage to ensure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. The quality of the workmanship and the final finish exceeded our expectations. They were a pleasure to deal with. Matt explained the Actron units in detail and we felt comfortable with their experience and price. We had one small issue with the installation that did get resolved, but other than that, all good.
They replied to my queries promptly, booked in a time and installed the unit swiftly. At every step of the way they would follow up to see if things were ok, if I had any questions or wanted any further information, which is a level of customer service that I've found to be uncommon. They are a professional crew, friendly and very helpful. Overall fantastic service and I highly recommend them.
