Brett and the team were awesome - great advice and prompt service!
They were a pleasure to deal with. Matt explained the Actron units in detail and we felt comfortable with their experience and price. We had one small issue with the installation that did get resolved, but other than that, all good.
They replied to my queries promptly, booked in a time and installed the unit swiftly. At every step of the way they would follow up to see if things were ok, if I had any questions or wanted any further information, which is a level of customer service that I've found to be uncommon. They are a professional crew, friendly and very helpful. Overall fantastic service and I highly recommend them.
From the initial quote to the installation, this company was reliable, communicative and attentive to my needs as a customer. For example, after the installation of our ducted aircon system was completed, my partner and I decided we wanted a white controller rather than a black one; Amped Up was happy to oblige. They also shifted the location of one of the ducts at our request to make the room look more aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.
Brett’s team were fantastic! Very prompt and thorough in their work. They cleaned up before they left and explained everything in detail. They were also very friendly and careful while moving through our house. We are completely happy with the product they supplied and cannot recommend them enough.
