This company pairs with warranty companies to take advantage of customers. They were sent by my warranty company to clear our drain cleanout. The technician took one lap around the house and said there was no cleanout and that we’d have to pay him $1500.00 to install one because it’s not covered by warranty. The following day, I hired a plumber who located and serviced the drain cleanout with no issues.
