New review UPDATE to my previous review because somehow this situation became even more frustrating. After weeks of dealing with double charges and conflicting information, we finally went in person and spoke directly with the regional manager. During that conversation, we were informed that you actually cannot “downgrade” your training plan like staff originally told us. The price is right, there's plenty of machines and I never have to wait to get on a machine. I do my standard 20 cardio 30 lift 20 cardio routine followed up by a sauna session. ideally it's perfect for me I love it and the price is perfect
