Truly the worst gym I have ever been to. Unethical business practices continuing to charge people after cancelling. And they continue to recycle through staff and management. Go to any other gym but this one.

I use to come to this gym for years and love it. But honestly now this is by far the worst gym i have ever have dealt with. I moved and canceled my membership back in January, had to pay for the following month in able to cancel it as the “fee” and signed off on everything and left. Each month after that, i continue to get charged as well as calling them each month to tell them i already canceled. They have new employees everyday, so of course no one knows the situation or are clueless and giving different answers each time.... read more

Having just moved to the area, I was looking for a new gym to join. I got a 3 day trial, went in the first time had a great work out, spoke with the 2 gentleman at the front desk and chatted about joining and just general questions about the gym and how my 3 days was allowed to be applied. I was told I don’t not have to use them consecutively. Went in last Sunday and was stopped told I couldn’t use the remaining 2 days from my trial and I would have to pay for a day pass or sign up.
