I love this place but if one more person comes up to me while I’m doing cardio, sucking air, with headphones in trying to convince me to do some class I’m cancelling my shit
Gym gets a lot of bad reviews since its too hard to cancel, but honestly cancellation was very easy for me and the staff were friendly and helpful while I was there. Equipment and environment was good, just too inconvenient of a location for me. As long as they read the contract for cancellation policies there shouldnt be an issue with that.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have been getting away with collecting money for a gym membership I have never used. I have never even stepped into the establishment. I do not even live in the state! I called multiple times to explain the error and to no avail can I get in contact with anyone. Phone just rings. They now sold my information to a third party to collect more money. Do not get a membership here, horrible service and even worse business ethics.
Today was my first day working with Trainer Drew at Amped Fitness on 49th St He is the REAL deal! He pushes you to your absolute limits in the best way possible — motivating, encouraging, and making sure you give 110% every time.
