Excellent gym with great equipment, a positive atmosphere, and helpful staff. Always clean, never have trouble getting a good workout in. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of!
Do not sign up for a personal training agreement, this gym received my cancellation notice on May 5th. After going through two trainers I got fed up and cancelled through the ridiculous mail in process they tell you to do. After being charged again for services they did not provide I called and spoke with the general manager who assured me I would not be charged and they’d take care of it. 2 weeks later I’m charged again so I called back and I’m told “it’s part of the remaining billing cycle” , and again I’m told that’s the ... read more
Be very wary with them, I cancelled my membership back in January and they continue to charge me monthly. They’ve charged me over $170 and every time I call they tell me a manager will fix or give me a call back and nothing happens.
I started going here as an alternative from trufit.... But I think 5/27 yesterday has finally broken me in how absolutely disgusting they keep this place. Like I understand not cleaning 4 times a day staff availability or what not but it's NOT EVEN DAILY LIKE WHAT ARE WE DOING?? THE WATER MACHINE HAS BEEN OUT FOR WEEKS?? IM PAYING 30 BUCKS A MONTH FOR WHAT? Even trufit keeps it regularly clean, hell even planet fitness. Can the any of the staff do bathroom checks? Amped fitness is hands down the best around. Loving all the amenities and the equipment is new and modern. Love their “eye of the tiger” beast room tucked away in the back to kill it on hiit training without having a bunch of eyeballers staring at you. The best part.. is the place is always clean and Bentley stays on top of that. Much love and respect for that.
