Absolutely have no words for how bad the gym management is. There is a lack of communication and a lack of authorization to be helped with. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and so much he said she said. I got charged again when I paid my 30 day notice, and STILL got charged again. Reached about about kid you not, 10-15 times regarding this issue over the span of 2 months AND STILL TO THIS DAY, no refund. This issue happened in May. It is currently almost August. SAVE UR TIME AND SANITY AND sign up somewhere else.

My experience is the original post. By the responses I was getting, seems like amped has made a reputation for themselves in the year and a half they have been opened. My advice STAY AWAY

Corporate has now changed policy that you must provide your direct ACH bank account information with no prior warning or notification. This gym has screwed up my billing more than 4 times in the little over a year we have been members. There is zero chance I’m giving this business direct access to my bank account. The state of this gym has rapidly declined since it’s open. Machines are often broken. Womens locker room is gross 90% of the time. It’s constant staff turnover.
