Decided to give this place a try.. starting to look at other gyms. The pros: -24 hours -decently cheap membership with the highest being $30/month (don't forget the one-time ~$80 yearly fee) -Decent amount of machines and amenities -- even when it's busy, I can usually gain access to the machine I want. -Guest passes THE CONS: -A decent amount of the staff are somewhat untrained in customer relations -- Frequently, I have staff try to flag me down or interrupt my workout to try to sell me something. The gym has a good selection of equipment, but the cleanliness and customer service need improvement. When the cleaning crew isn’t on-site, it seems like the staff does very little to maintain the facility. Trash cans are left overflowing, used cleaning wipes are everywhere, and the restroom stalls and mirrors are often dirty. I brought the cleanliness concerns to the staff’s attention, but they brushed them off instead of addressing them.

I joined on May 22 for a dollar promotion for first month as the manager says. I ask him 3 times how much first month was going to be. He say is free the first month. Ask him again he sayd yes so I told him when do I spect to be charge he says June 22nd. You sure I said 3 times he said yes. When around and sold me personal training. I say ok I pay the first class I say I'll let you know every time I will do personal training he say yes.
