This is my second experience having a coach and I couldn't be more pleased working with Christopher. I had a stroke going on 9 years ago and my left upper extremity is still flaccid. He provides me with a safe challenging workout routine.hes just as determined as I am to see get some rang of motion going in this arm and hand. Chris is reliable, flexible and responsive. I highly recommend.
The new power tripping "operations manager" Em told me tonight that my workout shorts were too small and to go home and change. When I questioned her about why, she revoked my membership, my husband's membership and our workout partners membership on the spot. This is all stemming from previous confrontations we have had in the past with Em over closing down energy drink sales at 8pm (instead of the usual 9pm) and tanning issues.
