I dont ever sign up for Personal training but Perry showed me the benefits And i signed up and he connected me to trainer Jeffrey who Has helped me tremendously and ive seen alot of improvement. Troy The manager Made the process Smooth and clear

Paying for a week pass. Dumbbells are all over the place. I'm the only person who puts them back. Staff refuses to acknowledge it and makes excuses. Staff even put them all back messed up. All they had to say was "sorry. Thank you for putting the weights up for us, we'll talk to the team and see if we can fix it.". But nope, they wanted to argue and say it was fine. Shrug :/

This gym is filthy and poorly maintained. I’ve been going since January, and the condition has only gotten worse. As of June 28th, only 2 out of 5 StairMasters work (it used to be 3), and when I asked about repairs, I was told, “That’s maintenance.” Well duh…. but when is maintenance actually coming? Half the treadmills don’t work, machines are dusty, and the soap in the bathrooms is constantly out.
