I joined Amped Fitness – Copperfield location – expecting a straightforward gym membership experience, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating due to serious billing issues. I was charged $156.91 for two memberships, even though I only authorized one. A second membership was created using someone else’s information and charged to my credit card without my consent. Great gym very clean
I’ve had my share of bad experiences here due to a personal trainer membership last year due to management then but I kept coming to the gym but it was not the environment that I was used to for a gym. But the last month or so that I’ve been coming in more consistently, the gym has done a whole 360. From the new staff, new trainers, how fast the machines get fixed now, to the cleanliness. WOW! I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and overall I do enjoy it. One of the biggest positives for me is the location—it’s only about 5 minutes away, which makes it really convenient and easy to stay consistent. The staff is honestly 10/10. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
