Piper at the front desk and Jamal personal trainer are amazing! Thank you for being so kind and helpful… the only thing I’m not enjoying is those Pilates classes that are hard to book because every time are full. The app doesn’t work and paying the better membership for not having Pilates is not good!…..Not fair!
I had an excellent experience here from the moment I walked in. The customer service was outstanding, and Alex and Haley at the front desk were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process of getting my membership set up simple and stress-free.
