Although everyone in the office is very pleasant, and specialists I saw there were good, Dr David's communication skills are severely lacking. I spent a small fortune trusting in her extensive training in biological dentistry... which one would never know! During my consult with Dr. David, I was told that HMOs are considered out of network, and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. The initial consult was $100, which if you decided to move forward with treatment could be applied to your second diagnostic visit for $600. I’m not exactly sure whether that $600 was in addition to or included in the price of the appliances for the top and bottom jaw, but I was told that the appliances were between $4500-$5500. Amparo David is nit trust worthy . Long visit , talks but really useless since she repeats herself a lot. Not honest , charges high and takes every opportunity to charge higher than one would expect from a honest caring dentist.
