This is the worst alarm service ever. Tech support can only be reached between 9-5. They don’t call when the power goes out or some comes into your home and simply unplugs the unit.

Horrible horrible company, here we want to advertise our company in your neighborhood. 2 different cancellations areas 1 where readable says pay the cost of equipment the buried part says an additional $1,850.00!!!! NEVER not once in the 19 days we've had them have we had a properly working camera, NOT ONCE! & the replacement worse then the original!!! Every time I point something out I get the same reply "that's normal" no, no it's NOT! A camera is suppose to be a camera & record what it's suppose to record! Oh ya the boxes... read more
Their rep Randy Blair came into my home and lied straight to my face regarding cancellation policies. He said the contract could be cancelled at any time in writing. LIES! Stay far away from these scumbags.
If this company believed in their products they wouldn't make you sign a 5yr contract. I was told this security system was a promotion just to try it out and see how I like it so they can show others in my neighborhood. I called customer service because I never received my so called rebate and found out I have to pay 1250 if I wanted to stop my service I haven't even had 90 days yet. Their contract is ridiculous and it's set up to trap you or pass on nonsense to someone else�
I would not recommend AMP Security. After signing a contract, the equipment they provided is constantly having issues. We have to pay Guardian to for a home visit any time there's an issue! Terrible!!!
Do not use this company. Horrible customer service. They will sign paperwork with out you knowing. That will scam you into a 5 year contract, with no way out. I was told I had a 3 day grace period. I called my salesman with in the grace period. No response. BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USE MONITRONICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
