Austin Haegele was our company representative. He was awesome. He explained everything & always replied immediately to my concerns. He’s truly an asset to the company. Our roofing job was done well & we’d recommend AMP.
We were very pleased with AMP and their work. Austin always returned phone calls with answers to my questions right away, and he was involved in every step of the process. Austin went above and beyond to deal with our insurance company to ensure we were getting the repairs we needed paid for. It really made the entire process stress free. I had a great experience working with AMP after a tornado ripped through and damaged my father's house. Austin was great to work with. Very personable, professional, patient and informative.
Amp did a great job on my roof. The workers were very good cleaned everything up. Blew off the driveway and beck. Now for the communication of what and when things would be delivered I would give them a 1. R received an email on 9/17 telling me my roof was getting done on 10/6 and the supplies would be delivered Monday-Friday most of the times. Well nothing got delivered Friday.
