While it took over a year to get everything done due to a lot of storms in the area, and insurance delays, that had nothing to do with AMP, they continued to communicate and provide resources for all the different things affected in the project.
I had roofing, gutters and siding replaced after the tornado in my area. All of these services were well and am very pleased with the work and all the help from my sales rep Matt Bacich.
Austin was the guy I dealt with from AMP. He was professional and thorough in his duties. I could always contact him and he would immediately find solutions to my concerns or issues. The crews did excellent jobs putting my roof and siding on. Austin is an asset to his company. He communicates well and knows the industry. During the span of 2 months of getting a new roof, I had 3 different Sales Reps. Didn't even meet the 3rd Sales Rep. Just got an email. The installers kept needing items plugged in or using the bathroom. They were nice about it but it made it hard to Work From Home. They never sent me a link or how to do final payment till I emailed about it. I just received screen shots of someone's computer showing how much I owed, no explanation on how to pay the bill.
