Jon Cantor from AMP was amazing to work with thru our roof claim from hail damage! He made the process very smooth and painless always available walking thru every step until the end. As of now, I am in shock. The work is great on the siding, but I signed an out of pocket estimate for $3,600 and then received an invoice for over $70,000. This amount billed was after I gave them the first insuance check of $9,000. When meeting with sales rep, we were told insurance (tornado damage) would take care of it, as I have a rider on my policy for full wrap, except the upgrade. This invoice I received today is a problem. Let's see how it gets resolved. I shall update the review.
AMP replaced the roof and gutters. Afterwards, we only had small items to be addressed and they resolved each item. Great communication and no surprises in pricing or quality. Great staff as well. Thank you. Mark & Angela
We were selling our house and the Buyer's inspection revealed roof damage that required replacement. Amp stepped up and replaced it in just a couple of days allowing the sale to go through on schedule, no fuss. Highly recommend!
AMP did a great job. The job was done on schedule and done in a timely manner. Thanks to the Sales Rep Tom Tworek who worked with my Insurance Company and had them cover extras that I'm sure they wouldn't have covered with just me dealing with them. Great company.
