The experience overall was just ok. The work looks good now. The frustration I had was with the details. Roofing nails and siding debris was not picked up. (I still have many nails lodged in the cracks on my deck, along with small pieces of cut siding). Also, I had to call and get crews back out for repairs that were missed. In their defense, they did send crews back out to fix it properly. As a customer, I feel I should not have to get on my roof to make sure work is properly done. Everything from working with our insurance company, to great communications, to quality of work and cleanup, and schedule and on time went fantastic.
Highly recommend. Very reliable and quality work. Our sales rep, Seth, was awesome and attentive to all our needs.
It won't let me give them a 0. Didn't hold the drip edge tight to the plywood leaving it all waive. Different crew replaced some fascia and left wood exposed to the weather. Another employee came out and replaced the fascia, and nailed the waive drip edge to the fascia. After 3 and one half month's still dealing with granulars coming off the roof. Very poor workmanship and material.
