I have been a current residence for the last four months. It has been pure hell I’m a start by saying I moved in around the winter time. My garage was flooded with water to turn to ice. Person I corresponded with: Denise Hinckley I have a sneaking suspicion that organizations like AMP and Friedman take full advantage of black people and people of color because they assume we won’t actually retaliate nor take legal action. As a current resident of AMP I agree with almost all the comments. They are a greedy company that ups the rent in every chance they have. They charge so many fees for anything. Late fees up to $100. If you have any major loss they WILL NOT work with you. They don't care that the economy is suffering. I pay $2,000 in rent starting at $1100 in 2019. I have over 5 emails about the pool being closed. Closed for a month or longer. It's horrible and I'm doing my best to get out of there. AMP is NOT a good place only about money.
Horrible place. Dirty. Hard to get maintenance to respond. Flooded patio. Apartment Flooded this past winter. A true mess. Clean up was about 10 days. Trying to sleep while huge industrial size fans blew for 4 days. Carpet should have been replaced. Didn't even get it shampooed. DO NOT RENT HERE. You would almost certainly regret it.
