No airconditioning at 100 Riverfront Towers as of 6-7-2026 during a heat wave. They turned the community room into a public park with people in the hundreds coming here to take up parking spaces and flood the grounds with rambunctious strangers. No security except a few unkind and inattentive kids. The management office cannot do anything to keep the place looking at a very basic level, clean and tidy. I’ve never seen a property management company so inept at management.
This is a leasing company that ignores civil rights law and flat out refuses to provide any disability accessibility. They leave snow to pile up in and around disability parking spots. They seem to think disrespecting current or future residents with disabilities is a joke.
STILL no refund back and it’s been 2 months! Denise keeps saying “it’s in the mail”. No tracking number, no info on where to call to see where it’s at. THEN she told me they would charge me $50 to do a stop payment and reissue. DO NOT lease any property from AMP Residential. They are scammers Wish I would have read the reviews before giving my security deposit to AMP. I have been waiting a month and a half to get my “refundable” security deposit back. Wish I would have read the reviews before giving my security deposit to AMP. I have been waiting a month and a half to get my “refundable” security deposit back. I have been dealing with Denise Hinckley and it has been a nightmare. Zero concern or urgency for my money with her. I have been told several different “mailed” dates and still no refund She can never give me a direct answer on tracking, just keeps saying “you should get it soon” Not good enough anymore.
